A Floor-Plan shows the layout of all rooms, where the windows are located, cupboard space, Bathroom and W.C. facilities, and the location of stairs. It also shows an outline of the whole plot.

We are able to produce the Floor Plan at the same time as the EPC is being carried out or on its own.

To obtain Green Deal funding you will need to first obtain a green deal assessment.

Most commercial buildings now require a Non Domestic Building Energy Performance Certificate, when constructed, sold or let and we can provide EPCs and Display Energy Certificates(DEC) throughout the south.
